The Bachelor degree program in Industrial Management Technology focuses on developing the skills and abilities required to lead and manage in complex, global and changing business environments by providing students with a sound understanding of the management disciplines of Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Economics, Data Analysis and International Business. The degree is relevant to the local environment, but with a clear understanding of the fit between the local and global environment. The Bachelor degree program in Industrial Management also includes laboratory activities designed to enhance the students’ computer literacy and IT skills. In addition, students are given practical training to formulate research problems, design research, collect data, analyze and interpret data and to present research findings. The students also complete miniprojects dealing with real-life problems and learn to analyze data using computers and software such as SPSS , SAP and MYOB.

*The summer training is a structured educational strategy, integrating the theoretical knowledge learned in the classrooms and laboratories with real world experiences. A summer training student is required to undertake 8 continuous weeks of internship which is of a practical nature and relevant to the chosen field of specialization. The student is required to submit progress reports and, on finishing, submit a final report and give a presentation on the experience and knowledge gained during the training. The college collaborates with the employer to make the summer training program a success.


Graduates of Bachelor Degree Program in Industrial Management Technology get jobs in upper-middle level positions in Commerce, Industry, Government, and Education.
