Program Description: The program aims at providing trainees with a strong understanding of office management practices, procedures, regulations, ethics, and skills and to enable them to acquire strong secretarial skills and the ability to works in all kinds of offices. The program’s overall aim is to help students develop key skills in order to function effectively in office management.
